Account/Order Questions

How do I log in to my account?

The RCA Store doesn't currently operate with user accounts. All order and shipment communication will be sent to you via email from store@rca.org

How do I request tax exemption?

If you are placing an order on behalf of a registered 501(c)3 organization and would like to be exempt from paying sales tax, please email us the organization's sales tax exemption form and we will mark your email address as tax exempt. Any future orders placed by that email address will not be charged sales tax. All RCA churches are automatically marked as tax exempt for the primary email address we have on file.

Shipping Questions

How long will it take to receive my order?

Based on the order contents, your order may be shipped in multiple shipments. This will help make sure you receive your products in a timely manner. Products ordered through the RCA Store have a five-business day processing time, followed by shipping time (which is based on what is selected at checkout).

*NOTE: Some orders may be delayed due to COVID restrictions. Please allow up to 5 extra business days for shipment.

Where can I track my order?

Order tracking details will be emailed to the email address you used during checkout. If you didn't receive a tracking number, it is possible your product has not yet been shipped. If you still have not received a tracking number after five business days, please contact us at store@rca.org and we'd be happy to give you an update.

What if my product is damaged?

If your product was damaged in shipping, please contact us (store@rca.org) immediately. We will do our best to help make it right.

What if I never received a product I ordered?

We often ship products in multiple shipments, so please check the most recent order update email you received to determine if the product you are missing is coming in a different shipment. If it has been more than 14 days and you still have not received the product, please reach out to us and we will be happy to take a look and give you an update

What if I need to return my order?

If you need to return an order, please reach out to us before sending the product back. We would be happy to work with you to see how we can fix it.
